Description
Since the publication of A Lingering Look Behind (DRC Publishing 2010), several people have suggested that I write another account of what has happened since I left Joe Batt’s Arm in 1951. This book attempts to do that. Its subject is the people I met, the events I encountered, the struggles and joys, and the little revelations and insights that I experienced on my journey. I am, then, mainly concerned with the creation of remembered experiences, experiences that are lingered over because they seem to me to be significant. Traces of these experiences remain not just in my memory, but in my heart, and contribute to the way I understand my life and the way I grasp the fundamental truths of human living.
