Many stories have never been told, but some individuals are willing to share their experiences, hoping they will prevent a similar occurrence or even avert a tragedy altogether.
Close Calls & Narrow Escapes recounts real-life events that are often miraculous, in fact, a few of those involved believed their luck had run out, their chances of survival were slim, and that only divine interventions could save them.
Whatever the reason, the people in these stories did get a second chance and lived to return to their families and loved ones. In many cases they gained a new appreciation for their everyday blessings and now live each day to the fullest.
